when exporting to PDF comments are exported, but when exporting to CSV these comments are not visible

eg. to produce a monthly report to give to Project Management of the current state of the project

It would be useful to be able to see at a glance the status of the issue. For example, when an issue is unresolved then it could be red, changing to green once it has been resolved ... you get the idea. Perhaps the symbol should change as well? A ...

Can we use a value from the document with the issue or folder that ahs the documents being reviewed to drive a value on the form? Create a new attribute on the folder and then this value can be used to drive the form that is loaded or set a value ...

I think it would be nice to have a Role list only options in forms. Current form has both Role and user included in the list (there's option to remove role but not users).

Is this something that can be amended so that they can only be closed by the person who raises the issue initially? This will prevent duplication and items being closed in error and also more control over forms
