Dates appear to switch between US and UK format from month to month. The ability to have a global setting which corrects/prevents this happening would be useful.
This happens particularly with signatures and makes it all but impossible to extract information from the CSV file for reporting.

The infrastructure cloud uses the project location to determine the date/time zone. The forms service uses the user location (browser) to determine the displayed timezone. We are working to align these differencing approaches.
