Quick links to the wiki pages would help in initial adoption

Anybody using the system for the first time is left a bit at sea not knowing the correct procedure, who to assign to, order of actions etc.

It is not clear whether I should be adding information to the comments or description during Triage Agent research

Clarifying where the information should be entered will help in the speedy processing of issues
