I know we can customize the form. I know that each organization have their specific layout, but i'm sure we will found common information.
To ease the adoption and make the deployment faster, each form should have a header and footer section. In the header we should have: the issue number, company, form title, logo, project number, date, the project number/description etc.... etc......
The footer should have the version number of the form.
Lots of information can be retrieve form the project detail, so allow project detail to be ink to a form
The idea is to have the out of the box form as complete as possible so the customization will be reduce to it's minimum..
