Request is to have the system to assign version to form to better manage them. I the same idea that PWDI assign a a sequence to any documents.
On JV project, the forms are often recreated to meet the need of the new consortium, which leads to multiple versions of the same forms until everyone agrees.
Also needs and requirement evolve, which has impact on the forms.
As of today, we are manually entering the form version to the lower right corner.
