Request is to have the system to assign version to form to better manage them. I the same idea that PWDI assign a a sequence to any documents.
On JV project, the forms are often recreate to meet the need of the new consortium, which lead to create multiple version of the same forms until everyone agree, Also needs and requirement evolve, which has impact on the forms.
As of today we are manually enter the form version to the lower right corner.
