In a Transmittal-Submittal forms
The reviewer can change the form fields as they are evaluating the issue.
once send as a submittal, those field get read-only
Request is to allow the fields to be editable again by the reviewer OR at minimum allow us to select which one stay read-only and which one can stay editable

yes when we create issue as part of a review under PWDM, the form is kind of manage by the system.
Example:
The WF is system manage which prevent us form doing any customization
Field of the form become read only, which prevent us from changing the priority.
If we wanted to assign the form to a new discipline we can't ( not talking about assign to a user or role)

If i extend on the idea, those forms ( submittal and transmittal) are part of exchanges and discussions, as such they become organic document that require updating data on the form.
We may get into a meeting to talk about those issue. Being able to change the unresolve state from the client side to fix later or have the recicpient to set fix later and send the reponse is one example.

Can you tell be where (and in what Product) you are having this issue (if you still are)? Sreenshots are always helpful.
I am asking because I think you can now edit workflows for all forms in most of the places they are used. I am wondering if any have been missed, or if this has been addressed through the years.
