It would be nice to have the ability to use multiple search criteria when using column filters. For example if I need to look and multiple users or user groups when administering Issues. It would nice to be able to add a comma or a semicolon (or some other delimitator) and return a list contain all of these. Perhaps a drop down with check boxes could also help.
