Want to control the forms user based- It should be closed by the person who raises the issue initially
Is this something that can be amended so that they can only be closed by the person who raises the issue initially? This will prevent duplication and items being closed in error and also more control over forms
This can be accomplished by setting the Permissions on the Closed Transition button to None and then checking the " Creator of the form may use this transition regardless of their permissions"
