Assign to, to the issue creator.

During the workflow transitions often time the ball in court goes back and forth from the originator of the issue to others (either role or individuals).

Currently, there isn't a way to hand it back to the originator and having this option in the transition would make this possible. I can see having the ability to select the issue originator as an option may have other uses as well in things like actions or forms.
