Have the notification services team and the ability to set a frequency of notifications. Currently, the notifications are sent immediately, which during a review creates an overload of emails and I could see that this quantity of notifications would be off-putting to most users; however, the information is important and necessary. Having the ability to have immediately, hourly, daily, weekly or never would be a great improvement.
On top of having the possibility to define the schedule to receive notification also be able to define the density of the notification we receive.
Having a dashboard of the notifications integrated to Project Insight

The frequency could be set each hour. 2 hours 4 hours 6 hours, start/end of the day, on a specific day of the week
If we could have a dashboard of the notification we could visit and see all the notification in an table
See notification in a calendar sort by due date or in a list group by due date
