When raising TQs, NCRs, etc there are a number of people that would need to be notified throughout the process. The form does not need to be allocated to them but a notification including the Issue description would need to be sent.

This workflow method is not dynamic, i.e. a user should be able to select a user from the form that needs to be notified. Using the workflow we can identify static users.
