Part of the customization add new button and change the existing one.
Example:
On the first row, we would like to have Fill Out, Open, Close and percentage ( a four or more column widget.
The widget would adapt in width and height
Example on the second row we could list all state of the form, Unresolved, fix draft/fixed, resolved Draft/resolved etc...
For dual status issue click twice/three will cycle the state, See all, see draft state, see publish state. OR provide a small arrow glyph on the side to choose from to refine the granularity.

For sub issue, we can filter by Assign To me, we would as well need a Create by Me so we can focus on the issue we raised
