Unfortunaltly Delete Form Definitions that have no forms filled out Delete Cutom types (by deleting all Form Definitions under it)
Those are not an opiton for us once the project is in motion. We owuld prefer to hav an obsolete sate assign to a Form or Type, assuming all Form are closed.
How about moving form to a new Existing type to reorganise? We can copy but existing form will not follow.
We work on project that span over several years and the needs evolve as the project growth.
In the new Forms manager, you can Delete Form Definitions that have no forms filled out Delete Cutom types (by deleting all Form Definitions under it) - Default form types will no show in display list, but will still be available as an option when creating new Form Definitions Copy Form Definitions and move them to a different type Create a new type and copy Form Definitions from other types.
Discipline, Class, and Type are the 3 that exist today and we have no plans of adding any more levels of types to Form Definitions.
Thank you Caitlin
