1) Issue By
When we look at the TRA/SUB-Issue
We are missing the Issue By from the transmittal. This is an essential information to help follow who is responsible to managing a TRA/SUB issue
The Issue by could display the email
2) Creator email or domain
We are also missing the email of the creator so we could sort issue by domain. This one is important has we have multiple participant that fall under our organization because they are external. Having the domain email help separate external organization under our umbrella.
Those are two essential info to help close the round trip between the Issue Resolution Dashboard and PWDM
To help close that loop, as of today we have to go under the audt trail of a TRA issue, search for Assign and manually change the Assign To back to the original Assign to. This is time consuming and disconnect the participant from the process
